About project

The building in question holds significant historical value as an architectural monument of State importance and is an integral component of the Archaeology complex. Its origins can be traced back to the 17th-19th century, while archaeological excavations have uncovered basement structures dating back to the 15th-16th century. During the research phase, extensive artistic finishes were revealed on the building's first and second floors.

The project entails the creation of 15 hotel apartments within the existing structure, with careful consideration given to maintaining the integrity of the building's wall network and historical finishes. The design approach aims to seamlessly integrate the apartments, including the design of the bathrooms, while respecting and preserving the building's architectural heritage.
