1. Definitions
"UBBS" means UBBS London, a company incorporated and registered in Lithuania, Vilnius, whose registered office is at 03107, K. Kalinskogo 24-7, Vilnius, Lithuania. "Confidential Information" means the information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable or other forms concerning the business, clients, suppliers, finances and other areas of the other party's business or products but does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information, information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority, or any information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party. "Company" (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to UBBS London. "Terms and Conditions" (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Products.
